Bah. That sucks. It's a good warning, though, and I thank you and the other blogger for it.

I've asked this same question of others and it seems to be a per-publication decision deal... no standard.

Double bah.

Yeah, it's funny how people don't think that publishing something online is publishing it....but it is. :(
